Much work needs to transform pharmaceutical sectors – Phaahla

JOHANNESBURG – While South Africa’s healthcare and pharmaceutical sectors have changed significantly since the Covid-19 pandemic.
Much work still needs to be done to transform the sectors.
That is according to Health Minister, Joe Phaahla.
He was speaking at this year’s Progressive Business Forum under the theme ‘South Africa’s 30 years of Freedom.
Phaahla says there’s a lot that needs to be done as a country to boost local company participation.
